I've never really lived in an area where they've had any kind of really severe flooding or anything until now. Whenever things like this happened in other places I couldn't really comprehend the magnitude of the situation. Even now, with the flooding in Fargo so close to me, and yet my chances of actually being flooded out are very small because of where I live, it still doesn't seem totally real. I just read an article though that really does a good job of summarizing the situation ,and the things that are being done to solve it. I think the neatest thing about this is the way so many people are coming together regardless of the wind and snow we've had over the last couple of days, and they're really making a difference.
